HL 310-25 compressor

The HL 310-25 compressor is an oil-lubricated compressor that is equipped with two universal quick couplings, to which both Euro and Orion couplings can be connected. It is a compact model with a weight of 27 kilograms, equipped with wheels and handle. The wheels and the vibration damper ensure that vibrations of the compressor are reduced.

The oil-lubricated compressor has a 2 hp pump/motor unit with 1 cylinder and has a speed of 2850 RPM. The working pressure is 6 bar and the compressor has an effective capacity of 157 l/min. The air filter ensures that the air drawn in is purified. At a distance of 4 meters the noise level is 76 decibels. The pump/motor unit is fitted with a thermal protection.

Using the HL 310-25

The compressor is equipped with two universal quick couplings, one of which is for the maximum pressure and the other for the reduced pressure. With the reducing valve, recognizable by the black button, you can quickly and easily set the desired working pressure, which you can read on the pressure gauge on the left side of the pressure switch. The quick coupling for the maximum pressure is directly coupled to the pressure vessel and is placed in front of the pressure reducing valve. The pressure in the pressure vessel can be read on the pressure gauge placed to the right of the pressure switch.

The pressure switch  is located in the middle and above the pressure regulator and controls the compressor pump/motor unit. When you pull the red button up, the compressor pump starts pumping, when you press the button down, the compressor turns off. When the pressure in the pressure vessel has reached the maximum value of 8 bar, the pressure switch stops the compressor from pumping. If the pressure vessel empties and the cut-in pressure is reached, the compressor starts pumping again and the pressure vessel is filled again until the maximum is reached. The safety valve is located on the side of the quick coupling for maximum pressure. This valve opens automatically as soon as the maximum pressure exceeds 8 bar and protects the boiler against too high a pressure.
