Based on our experience in professional car damage companies and in collaboration with various paint manufacturers, we have developed a complete sanding program adapted to the latest technology in car refinishing. With the introduction of environmentally friendly paints, high solid products, UV primers and clearcoats, the use of water-based paints, anti-scratch coatings, self-repairing clearcoats, ... in the world of automotive refinish, the requirements for 21st century sandpaper are evolved significantly. That is why the sandpaper offers you not only a complete range of different shapes and sizes, to be used by hand or machine, but also a cost-effective product that works quickly and precisely, lasts a long time and can be used for any modern application.

This technology is the result of years of research and improvement combined with the feedback from paint manufacturers. Where sandpaper used to consist of a velcro-laminated paper on which a grain was glued, today sandpaper stands for:

▪ Double gluing of the grain to prevent it from coming off.
▪ Aluminum oxide abrasive grain, reinforced by heating (blue fiber process), partly enriched with diamond-based powder, which increases durability.
▪ The abrasive grain is glued in such a way that the sharpest side of the grain always comes into contact with the surface, which increases the sharpness and speed during sanding.
▪ Stearate coating prevents the abrasive material from filling up, so that it lasts longer.
